I recently wrote about my foray into small-time mushroom growing using a "mushroom log" my friend, Andrew, makes and sells at the local farmer's market [Link]. Well, it's about time for harvest! As told, all I had to do was spray the thing once or twice a day and voila! I'm thinking veggie burgers or vegetarian crab cakes, we'll see. I'll do a final post at the time of harvest.
